• Q1. Where are you located?

  Our warehouse is located at 32070 Graham Street, Boykins, VA 23827.

  Our manufacturing plant is in Quanzhou, China.

• Q2. Why should I choose to purchase monuments from mStone?

  You would be dealing directly with us, the manufacturer, and this is a great cost savings as there won’t be a need for any third party involvement. And because mStone is a family owned and ran business since 1988, many of the most senior craftsmen are also family members with decades of experience and expertise in the stone industry. We have a vested interest to make sure, you, the customer, is well served with the best quality product at very competitive prices as we are continuing to grow our business globally. Most importantly, mStone’s reputation has been superb for our quality, workmanship and customer care from beginning to the end.

• Q3. What is minimum order, how much can 20’ container hold?

  There’s no minimum order. A 20’ container can hold about 33 cubic meter or 28,000 KGS, depending on the shape and size of the stone or monument.

• Q4. Who can purchase from mStone?

  mStone Products are not sold directly to consumers, we are only wholesale to retailers and other business in the monument industry.

• Q5. What freight service do you offer?

  Since we own and operate a trucking company, we can make deliveroes to most US destinations. If we cannot, we will use other common carriers.

• Q6. What colors do you offer?

  We usually stock the most attractive and popular COLOR of granite. However, if you are looking for something else that we do not have in stock, we could easily source the colors best suited for your needs as we have a vast network to draw upon having been in this industry for over three decades.

• Q7. How do I know what granite you stock?

  We stock the most popular and common monuments. We also keep the inventory of columbarium and mausoleum, but not every item will be in stock at a given time. If there is something we do not have in stock, then it can be a special order and usually the turn-around time is quite fast. • Q8. What is turn-around time for the order?

  Because we stock a large inventory in our Virginia, US warehouse, the in-house products would usually be shipped within 48 hours of ordering. For special orders that are not in our Virginia warehouse, we can guarantee a completion within about three weeks, about 2 to 3 weeks to ship to the West Coast and about 4 to 5 weeks to the East Coast.

For the method of payment, we offer 3% 10 Net-30; Net-30 and Prepay (Customers without account), please email us the CREDIT APPLICATION to establish an account.

• Q10. How to ensure the quality?

  Granite has a variety of color and qualities. But we choose only the Grade “A” granite from our cooperative quarries around the world. Our on-site quality control team is vigilant and monitors on the entire process to ensure that your memorialization product will be of the highest quality being just the “perfect” monument for your need.
